We make our Neon signs from scratch, especially for you. Because they’re all unique, we can’t refund if you change your mind.

My Neon won’t work!
That’s not good news! Get in touch via email with your order number within 24 hours of it arriving and we’ll put things right before you know it. And if you’ve opened your box and found something you don’t think you ordered, let us know ASAP so we can investigate nice and quick.
Do I get a warranty?
The industry standard is a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty when you use your neon indoors following our instructions, but we wanted to go one better than that. How did we out do it? With a 24-month warranty of course…
We’ll figure out whether the best approach is to repair, refund, or replace and we’ll handle the hard work so you don’t have to.
